It was held in Lancaster, PA in May 2007 and was a real encouragement to me - I have had thoughts of doing a similar thing in Virginia. See if he would be willing to put the word out to his subscribers who live in your area.  Tony Kummer, a SBC blogger, is another resource who might have some ideas. His blog is at www.ministry-to-children.com. I am glad to see a small church conference out there.
